Lil Durk, the American Trap sensation, has unveiled the remix to his hit tune “All My Life.” Following the great commercial success of his breakthrough single ‘All My Life,’ Lil Durk is preparing to release a remix with new lyrics from Nigerian megastar Burna Boy and Stray Kids.
On Wednesday, October 11, 2023, Lil Durk made the announcement on his Instagram account. The announcement has sparked interest among Nigerian fans, particularly given Lil Durk’s popularity in the country and the single’s success on Nigerian streaming services.
The remix would be Burna Boy’s second collaboration with J Cole, following his appearance on ‘Thanks’ from his seventh album ‘I Told Them’. Burna Boy has gone on to become one of Africa’s greatest music exports since bursting into the worldwide arena with ‘YE’ in 2018. Burna Boy has experienced enormous success in the US where he has won up a Grammy for his fifth album ‘Twice At Tall’.
His popular tune ‘Last Last’ charted for several weeks on the Billboard Hot 100. He is also the first African musician to sell out a stadium in the United States, having performed at New York’s Citi Field as part of his ‘Love, Damini’ tour. The ‘All My Life’ remix will be released on Friday, October 13, 2023.
