Diddy’s Attorney Says New Lawsuit Identifying The Women As Minors Is “False”

Following reports that appear to cast doubt on Diddy’s sexual orientation, the singer has remained trending on social media. Diddy was the target of YET another lawsuit earlier this week, this one including very serious accusations.

Rodney Jones, often known as Lil Rod, is a male producer who is suing Diddy. He claims the founder of Bad Boy Records touched his genitalia, forced him to watch pornographic movies, and more. The suit includes a number of images that were purportedly taken during a party Diddy hosted in Los Angeles last summer. Some of the people whose faces are hidden in the pictures have captions designating them as minors.

However, Shawn Holley, Diddy’s attorney, claims that the people in the pictures are of legal age. The LA-based lawyer stated that one of the women labeled as minors came forward to say that she was actually an adult during a recent interview with TMZ. The woman, who goes by the moniker Chelsea, has opted to remain anonymous and confirmed she is 33. She did, however, send the publication a picture of herself in the bodysuit shown in the picture, which still casts a light on the case nonetheless.

According to Holley, Stephanie Rao, the 32-year-old girlfriend of Justin Combs, is another woman wrongly identified as a minor. She posted what appears to be an unaltered copy of the picture, showing Rao. This statement seems to be supported by another shot taken that same evening. Additionally, law enforcement sources tell TMZ that a heist led to the shooting that Lil Rod claims Justin and Diddy were involved in. However, following the victim’s alleged gunpoint robbery outside a recording studio, arrests have since been made. According to the reports, when authorities arrived, Diddy wasnt around the premises. The case is still under investigation.
