Drake Makes Bold “2036 Draft” Prediction On Adonis’ Basketball Future

OVO Boss Drake has unequivocally raised the bar for his son Adonis’ future basketball aspirations. Drizzy boldly predicted that his son would be drafted by the NBA one day, sharing amazing pictures of him playing basketball on Instagram. His caption was filled with excitement, leaving no room for doubt that he fully believes Adonis will become a basketball star. Drake’s son, Adonis, is currently six years old, and it’s no secret that he shares his father’s love for basketball. Drake believes that his son has the potential to become a star player and could be drafted as a neophyte when he turns 18. Adonis has been receiving a lot of love from famous musicians, such as DJ Khaled and Jim Jones, who all expressed their admiration for the young boy in the comments section. Over the past few years, fans have seen Adonis’ burgeoning basketball skills through several video clips of him playing hoops. He has also accompanied his father to plenty of Toronto Raptors games, where they both enjoyed watching the NBA action.

His father’s caption on Instagram read,

“Leaving these here until the 2036 draft,”

In 2021, Drake decided to introduce Adonis to the legendary career of LeBron James by having him watch highlights of the four-time NBA champion. After watching James make an improbable block during his second stint playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Adonis was left speechless and excited. Although Drake fully supports his son’s love for basketball, Adonis recently made his musical debut. Last year, he released a freestyle called “My Man Freestyle,” closer to Drake’s “Daylight” track. The music video for the song featured a cameo from Toronto Raptors’ rookie, Gradey Dick, and was posted on Drake’s YouTube channel.
