Earnings From Kanye West & Ty Dolla Sign “Vultures 1” Listening Party Revealed

It goes without saying that the release of Ty Dolla Sign and Kanye West’s collaborative album, Vultures 1, was significant and has brought Ye back to the limelight for his music once again. The two celebrated artists released the album’s first part in its entirety earlier this month after months of build-up and tease. The release occurred shortly after their exclusive listening party at Ye’s Chicago. Then they had listening parties in New York, Miami, and other places after the release. The duo allegedly sold out arenas in Bologna, Milan, and Paris while hosting a number of performances in Europe.

This has undoubtedly prompted inquiries regarding the amount of money they were able to make from the events. Estimates from Billboard recently suggest that the figure is really high. According to the release, tickets for Ye and Ty’s listening parties in New York and Chicago sold for almost $2.4 million alone. At the time of writing, sales statistics for the European events were not available, although the cost of tickets was between $140 and $220 abroad. Since it’s thought that every show has sold out, the gross total rises to an astounding $12 million.

Neither Ye nor Ty Dolla Sign appear to be slowing down anytime soon. With the release of Vultures’ second installment just days away, there are indications that Ye may soon go on a global tour. It is currently anticipated that Vultures 2 will release on March 8 of this year. On April 5, the third component of the project—likely to be called Vultures 3—will be released.
