Eedris Abdulkareem Appreciates Wife For Kidney Donation In “Thank You” Song
Renowned Nigerian rapper Eedris Abdulkareem has released new music after being away for a long time due to a health scare involving his kidney. A snippet of the new tune is already circulating on social media and not just because it’s a new song from Eedris but because the song, reportedly titled “Thank You,” is one of appreciation dedicated to his wife Yetunde for having swooped in to save his failing kidney by donating one of hers to him in a successful surgery last year.
In the snippet floating around, a grateful Eedris was seen spitting fire to the microphone while narrating his ordeal, how his life flashed before his eyes, how he thought of his kids and how his wife made in-depth inquiries about his condition only so she could help which she eventually followed through on. Before this, Eedris specially thanked his wife in an Instagram post last year when the surgery took place.
Abdulkareem’s record company, Lakreem Entertainment Inc., provided an update on the singer’s health last year as well. His management claimed that the singer underwent kidney transplant surgery successfully in a statement released by Hon. Myke Pam. Speaking on it, Abdulkareem also praised God and everyone who had contributed to the surgery’s success.
