Suge Knight Shares Opinion With TMZ: “Diddy Allegations Are Bad For Hip-Hop”

Unlike 50 Cent, not all of Diddy’s rivals are celebrating his lousy PR. Suge Knight, co-founder of Death Row Records, expressed his reaction to the lawsuits filed against his long-time rival Diddy. In a recent interview with TMZ’s Harvey Levin, Knight shared his thoughts on the allegations against Diddy, including Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr., Cassie, and others. Knight revealed that he was initially disappointed when he learned of the lawsuits, as he felt no satisfaction or pleasure about his rival’s situation. He had earlier warned Diddy to “be careful.”

Knight explained that his reaction differed from what he had expected, considering the history between him and Didd. Rather than feeling vindicated, Knight’s first thought was about Diddy’s children. He said he felt sorry for them and that the lawsuits made hip-hop culture look bad. Knight also revealed that he doesn’t enjoy watching his enemies’ downfall, and he wouldn’t pop champagne bottles even if someone he had a problem with got killed or something tragic happened. His message was clear: It’s not something to cheer about.

Despite their long-standing feud, Knight said he doesn’t wish ill will on Diddy or anyone else. Knight emphasized that he prefers to resolve his issues with Diddy in a personal setting rather than seeking to humiliate him publicly. He believes sitting down with Diddy in a room and trying to work things out was one of the best ways. He acknowledged that the situation was tragic for both sides, including the victims and Diddy himself.

Diddy and his legal team have denied wrongdoing amid the accusations and the Homeland Security raids on his Los Angeles and Miami properties. As of now, Diddy hasn’t been charged with any crimes.
