Grace Jones Confirmed For Live At The Piece Hall Concert Series

Concerning the Live at the Piece Hall tour, Grace Jones is the most recent confirmed act. A new Grace Jones concert will take place in the summer of 2024 at the Halifax Piece Hall in West Yorkshire as a part of the venue’s Live at the Piece Hall series. The well-known Jamaican musician and style icon will perform on Saturday, June 22, in the spacious 66,000-square-foot courtyard of The Piece Hall. General Admission, which grants access to the yard; Balcony Tickets, which grant holders access to the venue’s balcony level and an exclusive bar; and Live at Lounge, which grants holders access to a VIP section, are the three ticket levels that will be available. General ticket sales for the event will begin on Ticketmaster on Friday, January 26, at 10 a.m. local time. However, now only Club 1779 members of The Piece Hall can purchase presale tickets. Blondie, Sheryl Crow, Bryan Adams, Underworld, Rick Astley, Loyle Carner, Tom Jones, IDLES, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Richard Ashcroft, Jess Glynne, Korn, and more will perform at this year’s event in addition to these and other artists.

The “Pull Up To The Bumper” singer appeared at several festivals in 2023, including the Bluedot Festival in Cheshire, where she was accompanied by several performers, including Django Django, Pavement, Roisin Murphy, Leftfield, Max Richter, Young Fathers, and Pavement. She also appeared at East Sussex’s Love Supreme as the featured act alongside Little Simz, Yussef Dayes, Green Tea Peng, and others. The 2022 Meltdown Festival, which she curated, was delayed by two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the previous year. At the festival, performances were given by Peaches, Hot Chip, Dry Cleaning, Angélique Kidjo, Sky Ferreira, and other artists. She also appeared on the song “MOVE” from Beyonce’s Renaissance album.
