Today, the West Coast’s newest rising voice Kalan.FrFr releases his highly anticipated project, 222 via First Class Entertainment/Roc Nation Records. With 222, Kalan has crafted his most personal and best project to date, taking both his melodic flow and infectious hooks to the next level. The 13-track project represents Kalan finding balance in his career and allowing fans to experience the highs and lows of his journey from getting signed to the artist he is today. With my first project TwoFr, I look at it as my rose that grew out of the concrete; that music took off and changed my life. Everybody in LA was hyped up off the same type of rap music, and then I came in doing my own thing on both TwoFr and TwoFr 2. With this project, I feel we’re exactly where we are supposed to be. 222 is the third installment representing alignment, balance, and that all of life’s choices have led to this very moment.” said Kalan.

In 2021, Kalan.FrFr announced his signing to Roc Nation Records and shortly after released his project, TwoFr 2, which spawned the popular singles “Never Lose You” which went Top 30 at Rhythmic Radio and “Scoring” which was #1 Most Added and the NBA 2K ’21 theme song. The project housed features from the likes of Lil Durk, Mozzy, Stunna4Vegas, and Maeta to name a few and received over 172 million streams worldwide. Outside of his new project, Kalan has also become a staple in the LA rap community having collaborated with the likes of Dom Kennedy, Mozzy, WESTSIDE BOOGIE, and Bino Rideaux recently and he just completed his sold-out 7-city “Never Lose You” Tour.
