Oladips Calls Out Nasty Blaq For Making A Skit Out Of His Death Hoax Incident

Nigerian musician Oladips has taken aim at comedian Nasty Blaq for making a comedy out of his fake death story. When Oladips’ management announced his passing on November 15 after a two-year personal struggle, Nigerians were gripped with sadness.

But Oladips’s longtime friend and fellow musician Qdot uploaded a video of the rapper and said “he is alive.” In addition, he said that if Oladips’ single becomes the number one song on the charts, he will come back online. However, Oladips denied the allegations that the rapper staged his death in order to blow up his music after the post had suggested them.

On Tuesday, January 16, he cautioned Nasty Blaq not to utilize his past situations for financial gain in an Instagram post after the skitmaker humorously reenacted the dying scenario. Despite the fact that they were neighbors, Oladips claimed that Nasty Blaq never checked on him when rumors of his fake death began to circulate, instead, he moved quickly to make a comedy sketch about him.

Speaking about the incident in a recent podcast interview with another skit creator Isbae U, Oladips refuted ever saying that his “death” was publicized as a joke. He admitted that he truly was close to the point of death.
