Nigerian dancehall legend Patoranking has released “Abobi” as his first single of the new year. Prior to the song’s release, the performer introduced the new single on his social media pages by posting an Acapella sample of him singing some of the song’s lyrics. The very skilled Kel-P produced “Abobi,” which was released under the Amari Musiq imprint.

In his latest song, Patoranking, a musician who has always been for the people, talks about the state of the nation and the suffering of the normal person. He makes a moral plea to the listeners, pleading with them to follow moral principles and put an end to the murders and corruption. In his 2020 smash hit “Abule,” he made a similar attempt. Wizkid, one of the biggest musicians to come out of Africa, gave the song his seal of approval.
