Peruzzi Backs Davido, Taunts Dammy Krane Following Debt Accusations

The conflict between Davido and colleague Dammy Krane has taken a new twist as Nigerian musician Peruzzi has waded into the matter and taken to social media to accuse Dammy Krane of owing him, too.

Dammy Krane has been publicly criticizing the DMW leader Davido on social media for some months, accusing him of owing him money; Peruzzi took the opportunity to remind Dammy Krane that he was also a debtor, as he also owed him money. The gifted songwriter declared on Twitter that Dammy Krane owed him money for a song that he had implored him to write years ago. Peruzzi, aware that the artist was too poor to pay, made it clear that he would not be dragging the singer for the pay and asked him to end his feud with OBO.

Dammy Krane was also made fun of by Peruzzi, who said that if he sent N50k, the singer would believe that he wanted to contract him for three years. To keep his word, though, Peruzzi sent Dammy Krane the N50,000 and shared a picture of the receipt on social media. Additionally, he informed the artist that he wasn’t attempting to sign him and advised him not to give him any of his songs. Dammy Krane’s name, “Hunga,” also made a part of Peruzzi’s joke.
