Posthumous Feature For TakeOff As Kanye West & Ty Dolla $ign’s ‘Vultures 2’ Gets Ready To Drop

The highly anticipated album ‘Vultures 2’, a collaboration between Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign, promises to be a unique and engaging musical experience. The album will feature an exciting posthumous contribution from Takeoff, the late Migos rapper, in a remix of the song ‘Let Me Chill Out’. This track also features famous artists like Rich The Kid and NBA Young Boy. Rolling Stone has confirmed that Takeoff’s verse on ‘Let Me Chill Out’ is a “highlight track” on the album, which will be released on May 3. This inclusion highlights the rapper’s influence and enduring legacy in the hip-hop community, even after his untimely death. However, this won’t be the first time the late rapper and Ye have collaborated on a project.

Takeoff’s contribution to ‘Vultures 2’ marks his third posthumous appearance on an album. He was previously featured on two tracks, ‘Patty Cake’ and ‘Back Where It Begins’, on Quavo’s 2023 album ‘Rocket Power’. Quavo had previously intended to honour Takeoff’s unreleased music by keeping it “very, very sacred.”. The collaboration between Takeoff and West isn’t new, as the duo worked together on the song ‘We Did It Kid’ for West’s 2022 album, ‘Donda 2’. Following Takeoff’s death, West shared two images of himself with Migos on social media, expressing his love and admiration for the group.

For his fans, Takeoff’s inclusion in ‘Vultures 2’ is a poignant reminder of his talent and influence on the music industry and a remembrance of “what could have been” for the late star. His posthumous appearance on the album is a fitting tribute to the late rapper and his exceptional legacy.
