SZA Vows To Take Legal Action Against Whoever Leaked Her Songs

SZA has vowed to take legal action against the internet pirates who have been stealing her songs from her upcoming deluxe album because she has had enough of people leaking her music. The “I Hate U” singer exposed potential leakers on X (previously Twitter) on Saturday, January 6, and pledged to hold them responsible.

Additionally, SZA withdrew her authorization to feature on the track “Calling My Phone,” a crossover song featuring Lil Tjay and 6LACK, back in June when her verse was leaked. When a fan encouraged her to be more confident in herself, the “Kill Bill” singer said that it’s more of a respect thing for the artist.

She stated that she would only offer her best effort if the song was already successful, and that if she couldn’t enhance it, she would simply “fall back” from contributing. 6LACK even replied to SZA’s leaked verse, and she responded by writing back to express her gratitude for his support.

Lil Tjay was also made aware of the TDE singer’s confession and hinted at giving her another song for her to jump on, implying that a collaboration between the two may still happen. Now we don’t know if the recent leaks will also affect the release of her SOS’ deluxe edition, which is already highly anticipated.
