Wizkid And Tems Emerge Winners At The 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards 

Nigerian musicians, Wizkid and Tems have been crowned the joint winners of the newly minted Afrobeats Artist of the Year category at the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards. The ‘Essence’ crooners defeated their colleagues Burna Boy, CKay, and Fireboy to earn the title. Tems also scooped up a second award of the night at the ceremony, which Lenny Kravitz hosted at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday

Her collaboration with Future and Drake, ‘Wait for U,’ won the hip-hop song of the year category. In addition, Taylor Swift and Harry Styles were among the main recipients at the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards Monday night, with Swift winning song of the year for “Anti-Hero” and Styles being crowned artist of the year.

Swift also received an Innovator Award for her global impact on popular culture.
