Wizkid, Bloody Civilian, And Other Foreign Artists To Appear On Bob Marley’s Posthumous “One Love” EP

It has been confirmed that Bob Marley’s “One Love (Music Inspired By The Film)” for Paramount Pictures will feature Wizkid and Grammy-nominated producer Bloody Civilian.

Bloody Civilian and Wizkid were included on the seven-man list, which Paramount Pictures revealed today, for the roles of Natural Mystic and One Love, respectively. It appears that they will be performing songs that Bob Marley has already written.

Wizkid, Bloody Civilian, Skip Marley, Daniel Caesar, Kacey, Jessie Reyez, and Leon Bridges are all scheduled to appear on the EP, which is scheduled for release on February 14. The iconic songs, Redemption Song, Exodus, Waiting in Vain, Three Little Birds, One Love, Is This Love, and Natural Mystic will all be released.

Together with the much awaited release of Bob Marley: One Love (as presented by Paramount Pictures) on February 14th, Island Records and Tuff Gong are pleased to announce the release of Bob Marley: One Love (Music Inspired By The Film), an EP featuring seven classic songs written by the legendary Jamaican reggae artist, performed by contemporary stars.

Every choice made for the EP was reviewed and approved by the Marley family. This minimizes the solid, long-lasting six-decade bond with Jamaica, the Marley family, and Island Records—elements that are also depicted in the film.
