Segun Arinze Biography
On September 24, 1965, Segun Padonou Aina (Segun Arinze) was born in Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria. His mother is an Igbo woman, and his father is from the Yoruba tribe in Badagry, Lagos State. Segun is an actor, producer, director, and voice-over actor and was once a budding singer too.
In Onitsha, his mother’s hometown, Segun Arinze, was born and brought up. He completed his elementary schooling there and received his First School Leaving Certificate. His secondary studies were continued at Victory College of Commerce in Ilorin, Kwara State. But in Kaduna State’s Taba Commercial College, he finished it. Finally, he completed his BA in Dramatic Arts at Obafemi Awolowo University.

Julie Arinze, a lawyer who works for Schlumberger in Nigeria and is from Oguta, Imo State, is currently Segun Arinze’s wife. The couple has given birth to three children—two boys and one girl—so far.
