LaTocha Reney Scott-Bivens (née Scott), born October 2, 1973, is an American R&B singer, songwriter, and occasional actress who goes by the moniker LaTocha. She rose to prominence in the 1990s as a member of the multi-platinum selling R&B group Xscape. However, in 2022, Scott went solo, releasing a single and, later, an album.

In 2004, Scott made an attempt to bring back Xscape with the help of Kiesha Miles, Tameka Cottle, and her sister Tamika Scott. They came back together in 2005 and recorded the song “What’s Up,” but the reunion was just temporary, as the group split up the following year.
