In a recent Instagram post, Travis Scott has flaunted some expensive Louis Vuitton merchandise for his followers. He displays a rainbow LV trunk in an Instagram Story he posted on July 12, which he allegedly bought at Pharrell’s auction the year before. The auction, which included various items of clothing, jewelry, and more, netted more than $5 million. The scheme was linked by a Travis Scott fan page. Travis made a comment regarding the Pharrell auction from last October. $121,250 was the price of the trunk.
Travis has been spotted with other notable arm candy recently in addition to Pharrell’s auctioned LV trunk. Travis has been seen several times over the past few months with security personnel while carrying a briefcase marked “UTOPIA.” Some followers believe that the eagerly anticipated new album will arrive later this month. He revealed earlier this week that he would be giving a performance on July 28 at the Egyptian pyramids. Some people think that this will also be the day when he releases the album.
Travis Scott has kept teasing UTOPIA and the highly anticipated LP’s features. A while back, after The Weeknd posted a picture of the briefcase on Instagram, it was assumed that he would be on the album. The co-founder of XO Records recently seemed to confirm this rumour. Additionally, Young Thug, Westside Gunn, Swae Lee, and possibly others can be found on the album.
Pharrell has recently been flaunting his personal Louis Vuitton, appearing in photos holding a bright yellow speedy bag rumored to be worth $1 million. As the menswear creative director at LV, Pharrell debuted his first collection with the “millionaire speedy.” “Every part on the bag is [gold] ,” he revealed in June. “The zipper’s teeth, every piece of hardware, and each rivet are made of gold. It’s gold, folks. Diamonds, of course. The chain is authentic. It does have a real strap, but you know, so be it,” he said. At a runway show last month that was attended by a large number of famous people, he made the collection debut.
