List Of All Davido’s Baby Mamas

There is an irreverent joke currently flying across Nigeria’s social media universe: Davido has taken the crown from 2Baba. You would be forgiven if you think the said “crown” has anything to do with music. It doesn’t. The “Risky” crooner happens to have taken more risks than the former Plantashun Boiz member and sired more children from multiple baby mamas.

Controversy erupted recently when an American lady known as Anita Williams popped online with the claim that she had sex with the DMW singer and has gotten pregnant for him. At the time she made the claims, many of Davido’s fans condemned her for being a hooker who “trapped” Davido with a pregnancy during a one-night stand.

She fought back immediately, showing that their relationship dates back to 2017. She also insisted, initially, that she was not interested in Davido’s money.

Anyway, her pregnancy storm reignited interest, once again, in Davido’s philandering and the number of baby mamas he’s had so far. Even hitherto unknown ladies started popping up online claiming that he’s impregnated them at some point and forced them to terminate the pregnancy.

But how many baby mamas does Davido actually have and who are they? This post attempts to answer that question. So tag along as we identify all Davido’s baby mamas.

1. Sophia Momodu

The name bears some resonance to it. And yes, it is exactly what you are thinking about. This lady is related to the Ovation pub;lisher Dele Momodu. Sophia happens to be one of the earliest in Davido’s life and the first publicly acknowledged to have given him his first child.

Their relationship dates as far back as 2015, when she got pregnant for him and gave birth to his first daughter Imade Adeleke. Their relationship tilts sporadically from warm to stormy. At some point, she had reported him to the authorities, claiming that Davido and his father travelled abroad with her daughter without her permission. This led to both father and son getting an invitation from the anti-human trafficking agency NAPTIP.

At the time of writing, though, the two are said to be chummy again.

2. Chioma Avril Rowland

Compared to other baby mamas, Chioma has been mostly without drama, taking her man’s many indiscretions unobtrusively, even though they might be jarring and provocative. If you are surprised that she somehow made it to this list, you need not be. The reason is that she was a baby mama before she was a wife.

Yes, before she became his wife (he officially married her in a secret ceremony), she already had a child for him. Sadly, Ifeanyi Adedeji Adeleke died shortly after his third birthday. It is rumoured that Davido hurrying with the marriage was his way of compensating her for the loss, as well as reassuring her that she is going nowhere.

Ifeanyi’s death made headlines across Nigeria. It was as devastating as can be imagined for Chioma. Ifeanyi was Davido’s first son at the time and some people were peddling rumours that “his death was not ordinary.” Anyway, at the time of writing, Chioma is said to be pregnant for him again. She has also limited her public appearances.

3. Amanda (aka Laplubelle)

Two years after he welcomed a daughter with Sophia Momodu and a year after she reported him to the authorities for travelling with their child without her permission, Davido welcomed another child with another woman – Amanda.

Hailey Adedeji Adeleke was born in 2017 and occupies the position of second daughter to the DMW boss.  Her mother is a model based in Atlanta, the city where Davido was born and has a home. She currently lives in the same city with her daughter, whom Davido visits occasionally.

Amanda has managed to stay away from much of the drama surrounding Davido’s life. And many netizens love her for that.

4. Larissa London

Larissa London has mostly stayed out of the limelight vis-a-vis the man she got pregnant for. She is the mother of Daviodo’s son Dawson. Davido and Larissa reportedly started dating back in 2019. She got pregnant for him soon after and gave birth to his son in 2020.

Following Ifeanyi’s death by drowning in his father’s swimming pool in Banana Island, Dawson is now an object of great attention as many see him as David’s immediate heir. He is rarely in the news, though, just like his mother, Larissa, a model and DJ based in the United Kingdom.

Additional Information: The Unsubstantiated and the “Expectant”

We would stop at just four baby mams in the interim because Davido has confirmed having kids with them all. However, there is someone else on our list who allegedly had a child, a daughter, for Davido as well. But it is alleged that a DNA test proved that the baby was not his. Meet Ayotomide Labinjo.

This businesswoman and model had a child, allegedly for Davido. According to multiple reports, a DNA test carried on the kid at 10 months old indicated that Davido was not the child’s father. She is, however, adamant that Davido is the father of her daughter, Aanuoluwapo Adeleke.

She claimed that the DNA report that showed Davido was not the father of the girl was influenced by Davido. She insisted on an independent DNA test to prove that he is indeed the father of Aanuoluwapo. So far, though, her appeals have not been heeded and another independent DNA test has not been carried out.

Meet Ayotomide Labinjo reportedly met Davido in a club in Ibadan in 2013 and the two of them had a fling which led to her pregnancy and the birth of Aanuoluwapo Adeleke.

Anita & Ivanna Bay

The lady at the beginning of our story, Anita, resurfaces in its conclusion and for good reason. Her exposé provoked the sudden attention on Davido’s priapic adventures or should we say penile indiscretions. She claims to be pregnant for him and even brazenly (according to some people) took a pregnancy test on Instagram Live to prove that she is indeed pregnant for him.

Her revelation nudged Ivanna out of the anonymous nook of her Paris house, and she took the mic, spilling a story similar to Anita’s – she was pregnant for Davido as well.

Another lady – we wouldn’t stress you by mentioning her name – also popped online, claiming to have been pregnant for Davido as well. She claimed to have been promised 10 million to abort, she did, but didn’t get a farthing.
