Adele Unveils Four New Outdoor Shows At A 80,000-Seat Arena Built Specially For Her Performances

Adele has some interesting updates.

The “Hello” singer said on Wednesday that she will be doing four outdoor summer concerts in an arena with 80,000 seats reserved just for her. The fact that every event will be held in Munich, Germany is the sole drawback for her American supporters.

Based out of Munich Messe, Adele will play two performances there on August 2 and 3, then return for two more on August 9 and 10, 2024. A combination of sitting and standing sections will be present in the custom arena.

Adele makes her announcement as she wraps up her highly anticipated Weekends With Adele Las Vegas residency, which runs through June 15. Adele last performed in front of 65,000 people in London’s Hyde Park in July 2022.

These performances in Munich will be her first time performing in continental Europe since 2016.  Adele also mentioned the 2024 Olympics in Paris, which will take place from July 26 to August 11, as well as the forthcoming European soccer championship, which will begin in Germany in June of that year.

Adele.com is currently accepting registrations for tickets, which end at 12 p.m. ET on February 5.   Tickets will go on sale to registered fans on February 7 at 4 a.m. ET. The general ticket sale is scheduled to begin at 4 a.m. ET on February 9.
