The international streaming service Apple Music has revealed the most streamed song in Nigeria for 2023. With the official announcement of its year-end charts, Apple Music verified which song was the most streamed worldwide and in every nation. The tracking period of November 2022 to October 31, 2023, was considered when curating the list. Omah Lay, with his hit song “Soso” from his debut album Boy Alone, held the top spot on the ranking last year, which features the top 100 most streamed songs in Nigeria. Following up on the success of his debut album, Omah Lay’s 2023 deluxe edition exceeded all expectations, with one of the newly added songs, ‘Reason,’ ranking among the top 50 most streamed songs on Apple Music Nigeria in the most recent release. Omah Lay’s spot is followed by Asake’s ‘Lonely at the Top,’ and Ruger’s “Asiwaju.” Davido’s ‘Feel’  makes the Top 5.
