Ariana Grande Says Tour Plans Are “TBD” As New Album Release Draws Close

Ariana Grande recently shared her excitement about the possibility of touring for her upcoming album, ‘Eternal Sunshine’. During an interview on The Zach Lang Show, Grande was asked about her plans to tour to support the album. The singer-songwriter paused briefly before responding that it was yet to be decided. ‘Eternal Sunshine’ is set to be released next month and has already produced one single, ‘Yes, And?’. Grande has confirmed that no further singles will be released before the album’s launch. In the interview, she explained that while the album is set to release on March 8, the possibility of touring this year remains uncertain. Fans of the Grammy-award-winning artist eagerly anticipate the release of ‘Eternal Sunshine’, and many are hopeful that Grande will announce a tour soon.

“I think I would love to do shows. I love being onstage, I miss being onstage, I miss my fans so much – that’s the honest-to-god truth. I had a really hard time emotionally on my last tour, but I think that’s because of where I was at. Just like with music, I think I’m really excited to redefine my relationship to shows, when I’m ready.”

“I do have a very busy year with [‘Eternal Sunshine’] and with Wicked, and then next year I also have Wicked Part Two.”

Although she may not be interested in a full-fledged tour, she is open to performing on a smaller scale. She believes that a shorter tour could be a possibility.

“[The tour] would obviously be shorter. If anything, it would be a littler something. But I definitely do have the itch. I’m not ready to announce any sort of thing or get people too excited because I don’t want to disappoint.”
