Ayra Starr, a renowned performer, thinks back to six years ago when she used to sing while assisting her grandmother in selling vegetables as she counts her blessings. The Mavin Record star thanked God for how far he has carried her on her Instagram page while reminiscing about the past.
She stressed how she had undoubtedly been blessed by the good Lord. She claims that six years ago, she and her grandmother would sing to anyone who would listen while they sat outside selling vegetables. She claimed that many people now pay to see her play her music live on stage.
This comes after she stated that her hit song “Rush” is being considered for a Grammy Award. She also announced that her smash song Rush, which appears on the deluxe edition of her debut album 19 & Dangerous, has been submitted to the Recording Academy for consideration in categories she has not disclosed for the 66th Grammy Awards in 2024.
Ayra is not the only Mavin Records artist that has submitted a project for consideration for a Grammy Award nomination, as Rema has also done so. The rave-of-the-moment diva expressed gratitude to her label mates for their contribution on the song, while she remained mum about the specifics of the development.
