Bad Bunny’s ‘Mónaco’ Records His 24th No. 1 On Latin Airplay Chart

Bad Bunny, one of our time’s most popular Latin music artists, has achieved another significant milestone in his illustrious career. His album, “Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana,” has produced yet another No. 1 hit on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart, with “Mónaco” rising to the top on the chart dated January 27. This is the third time that Bad Bunny has reached the top of the Latin Airplay chart with a song from this album. The previous two chart-toppers were “Where She Goes” and “Un Preview,” which held the No. 1 spot for one week in 2023.

“Mónaco” has been a fan favourite since its release and has performed exceptionally well on the Latin radio chart. The song achieved the top spot with a 7% gain in audience impressions to 8.75 million earned during the tracking week that ended on January 18, according to Luminate. The song has been in the top 10 for five weeks and has now held the No. 1 spot for 12 consecutive weeks, dethroning Feid and Rema’s “Bubalu,” which held the top spot for two weeks.

Bad Bunny’s dominance on the Latin Airplay chart is well-established. With “Mónaco,” he has now achieved 24 No. 1 hits on the chart among his 47 appearances. In addition to the three No. 1 hits from “Nadie Sabie,” the album also produced one more entry on Latin Airplay: “Perro Negro” with Feid, which debuted and peaked at No. 46 in December. With this achievement, Bad Bunny ties with Maluma for the fifth-most No. 1 hits on the chart since its launch in 1994.

Apart from its Latin Airplay coronation, “Mónaco” has also landed at No. 1 on Latin Rhythm Airplay, making it Bad Bunny’s 23rd No. 1 hit. This is a testament to the power of his music and its ability to connect with audiences worldwide. It is clear that Bad Bunny is here to stay, and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for us next!
