Chris Brown Shares On His Financial Strategy, Others On Podcast

Chris Brown is a musician who is very conscious of his finances and securing his financial future. During a recent appearance on the R&B Money Podcast with Tank and J. Valentine, Brown shared some insights into how he has accumulated his wealth. He revealed that he invested in Burger King franchises at a young age, which helped him to become financially independent. Additionally, he negotiated a profit-sharing agreement with his former label, Jive Records, which made him an equal partner in the earnings from his music. Furthermore, Brown talked about how he gained ownership of his masters from his 2011 album, F.A.M.E., through his current releases. This move allowed him to own his music and earn more money in the long run. Brown expressed his excitement at owning everything he creates, saying he is a testament to investing in himself.

Aside from discussing his finances, Brown also shared his top five R&B artists, which included Tank, Usher, Brandy, Tevin Campbell, and Sam Cooke. He also named his top five R&B songs, which were “Braid My Hair” by Mario, “Sleeping in My Bed (Remix)” by Dru Hill, “Sex, Love, and Pain” by Tank, “Superstar” by Usher, and “Candy Rain” by Soul For Real. It is also worth noting that Brown has been feuding with Quavo lately. The two musicians have been firing diss tracks at each other, with Brown starting the feud with “Weakest Link” and Quavo responding with “Over B*tches & H*es.” Brown recently released a deluxe version of his 2023 album, 11:11, which has been well-received by his fans.
