Davido And Ubi Franklin Lead A Worship Session With Plane Crew Members While Arriving In Lagos

Nigerian artist Davido, music boss Ubi Franklin, and their crew led a devotional service on their jet as it approached Lagos, Nigeria. His page uploaded a video of the worship session on social media. Davido, Ubi Franklin, and their team could be seen praising and glorifying God in the video. The video is uplifting and allegedly demonstrates Davido and Ubi Franklin’s spirituality.

His aide, Israel, also made the rounds for his response to witnessing his boss walk down the jet stairs. Israel prostrated before Davido, who subsequently playfully jabbed him as they hugged it out.

This comes on the heels of Culture Management Group (CMG) announcing Davido as one of the headliners for the 2023 AfroFuture Festival. J Hus, a British-Gambian rapper, and Black Sherif, a Ghanaian rapper, will join the Afrobeats superstar.

The festival will take place on December 28th and 29th at Accra’s El Wak Stadium. The festival will also include a wide lineup of other African performers in addition to the headliners. The AfroFuture Festival takes place over two days and celebrates African music, culture, and fashion.

The festival is well-known for its high-energy performances and dedication to showcasing the best African talent. This year’s theme is “Black Unification & Pan Africanism” to recognize the accomplishments of Black pioneers throughout the diaspora and showcase their contributions to art, culture, and innovation.
