Drake Gives 50K To A Fan Going Through A Breakup At His Miami Show
During his concert tour in Miami, Florida, Canadian rapper Aubrey Drake Graham, better known by his stage as Drake, showed off his charity by giving a grieving fan a whopping $50,000 (N38.3 million).
According to reports, Drake, a multi-millionaire musician with an estimated 2019 net worth of $150 million (according to Forbes), has been on a spree of surprising lucky fans throughout his “It’s All A Blur Tour” with not just spectacular performances but also opulent gifts, exotic vacations, and large sums of money.
The “Rich Flex” rapper searched the audience during his latest performance at the Kaseya Center for a fan sign deserved of recognition. A concertgoer he met confessed to him that he had “spent all my savings buying tickets for me and my ex.” But right before the show, his “girlfriend” handed him “breakfast.” In Nigerian slang, the phrase “breakfast” denotes being dumped.

Prior to that act of kindness, Drake surprised a newlywed couple in Atlanta on September 26 who had forgone their honeymoon to attend his live concert. He gave them a trip to Turks & Caicos, one of his favorite places, as payment. A fan who worked additional hours to pay for a ticket at another show was given a Chanel bag as a reward.
