Falz Teases A New Collaboration With Simi
Falz and Simi are on their way to deliver another Chemistry.
Nigerian rapper, musician, and actor Folarin Falana, also known as Falz, discussed his working relationship with famed Nigerian singer Simisola Bolatito Kosoko, also known as Simi, in an interview with Tacha on the Cool FM Friday show. Falz claimed that he and Simi have a great musical chemistry.
This arose after he was asked if he and the female singer were still in communication, given that their last collaboration was seven years ago. On October 27, 2016, Bahd Guys Records and X3M Music jointly released Chemistry, a collaboration extended play (EP), from the duo. Chemistry received positive reviews after its release from both music critics and fans of the musicians.
Respected music critic Joey Akan of Pulse Nigeria brought attention to the project’s marketing strategy, saying that the duo took use of the public’s actual sentiments to produce a good that could be traded for money. When asked if there’s any expected collaboration, Falz stated that they make great music together and that he had spoken to her quite recently about rejoining musical forces.
So hopefully, he said there’ll be some brand new Falz and Simi soon. In the interview, he also touched on his new single with Odumodublvck and Flavour. Check it out below:
