Popular Nigerian musician Flavour has warned the public to be wary of con artists who are using his name and likenesses to deceive gullible fans. On Monday, February 19, 2024, the musician warned his fans on his X account about imposters who try to get money under false pretenses.

Flavour stressed that con artists had taken to posing as him online in an attempt to trick and con people, but he would never, ever turn to begging for money from his followers. The artist asked his fans to exercise caution and to report any bogus accounts they come across to the relevant authorities right away.

The “Big Baller” hit-maker emphasized in his message how important it is to exercise caution and vigilance when interacting with requests for personal information or financial aid that seem to be coming from him.
