Following A Missed Court Date, Britney Spears’ Ex Is Now Wanted

Police are currently looking for Jason Alexander because he missed a court date. Jason Alexander and Britney Spears were married for 55 hours in January 2004. Alexander was scheduled to show up in court in Napa County on Tuesday to answer to charges stemming from an alleged robbery in 2015. Alexander interrupted Spears’ marriage to Sam Asghari in June. A three-year protective order was given to Spears against Alexander.

According to TMZ, Alexander was scheduled to show up before a judge in Napa County for a hearing regarding the two felony charges he is facing there. A woman claimed that he had stolen valuable jewelry in 2015, and he was charged with grand theft and buying/receiving stolen items.

When Alexander was detained in Ventura County for interrupting Spears’ wedding, a warrant for his arrest became visible. He was extradited to Napa County after serving 60 days in prison, however TMZ says that he was freed from detention following his arraignment. On September 13, he was told to return to court, but he didn’t. Why he skipped the hearing is unknown.

According to law enforcement officials who spoke to TMZ in June, Alexander spent nearly a month living at the woman’s home in the Napa County case. She stated Alexander denied taking a sapphire tennis bracelet worth $2,000 that was gone from her bedroom one day when she spotted jewelry missing.
