Industry Plant: Kanye West Has A Few Words For Streaming Sensation, Kai Cenat

In his recent appearance on The Download podcast, Kanye West made several controversial statements that surprised many fans. During the interview, West premiered a remix of the diss track “Like That” and vowed to help eliminate Drake. He also dismissed J. Cole as a rapper. However, West’s criticism of hip-hop streamer Kai Cenat drew the most attention. West called Cenat an “industry plant,” accusing him of spreading lies to profit from artists. He claimed that Cenat was on the “wrong side of the future” and that his tactics were all about “influence and mind control.”

West’s criticism of Cenat stemmed from negative comments he had made about West’s Yeezy fashion line on social media. During the interview, West explained that anyone criticizing his fashion line was “on the wrong side of the future.” He also accused Cenat of spreading lies and called him out for mentioning West’s daughter, North, during one of his streams. West felt that Cenat was dissing what’s paying their $200,000 a month child support, which, according to him, “doesn’t make God happy.” The tension between West and Cenat has been building for some time, with the latter criticizing West’s clothing line on a stream and sharing an Instagram DM from West with his fans. This led to Cenat speaking with West’s manager, John Monopoly. Despite his inflammatory comments, West confirmed during the interview that he will release his second collaboration album with Ty Dolla $ign, Vultures 2, on May 3rd. The album was delayed due to changes West made while “in the lab.”
