Halle Bailey Reveals Release Date Of New Single; Shares Snippet

Fans of Halle Bailey are in a cheery mood for their favorite, who recently welcomed her first child into the world earlier this year. Through photos posted to the Instagram account set up for him, baby Halo is already gaining some notoriety of his own.

Concealing her pregnancy from the public months before her scheduled delivery, fan conjecture abounded. However, as soon as she gave birth, her followers started to ask when she would resume her musical career. Halle had collaborated with her sister Chloe on music as a duo throughout most of her early career. However, last year, they each embarked on their first-ever independent projects.

With the release of her first solo album, ‘In Pieces,’ Chloe took center stage. Missy Elliott, Future, and Chris Brown were all enlisted by her to participate in the project. The record didn’t do well financially, even with their contributions, while “Angel” marked Halle’s solo debut. In addition to receiving over 15 million Spotify plays since its first release, the song even earned her a Grammy nomination for best R&B song.

Fans have finally gotten their wishes as she formally revealed the release date of a song that she had been teasing. The entire version of the song, titled “In Your Hands,” will be available to listeners on March 15.

Sharing a brief excerpt with her fans, a video featuring 30 seconds of the song was posted on Twitter, accompanied by behind-the-scenes shots from her recent Essence cover shoot. Clearly appreciating the new tune, fans are eager to hear the entire thing as soon as it drops.
