J. Cole Hits Back At Kendrick Lamar On His Surprise New Single, “7 Minute Drill”

With the unexpected release of his new project “Might Delete Later,” American rapper, J. Cole, has responded to the diss on the final song “7 Minute Drill,” while Drake has just hinted at Lamar’s diss on his current tour.

Kendrick Lamar initially dissed J. Cole on “Like That.” Despite the fact that Drake was the primary target of the song, Cole undoubtedly received some of the bars. Fans had a ton of reactions to this. The majority of fans simply wanted a response of any kind.

Drake mostly avoided the smoke. In general, three weeks have passed, and he has still failed to genuinely provide an answer. In the interim, fans have been wondering if Cole would want to make any statements. Now, he has and the internet has gone up in flames.

Cole released Might Delete Later, a brand-new surprise album, earlier today. With twelve tracks, the album is jam-packed with features. The final song, “7 Minute Drill,” is the most significant, though. In this song, Cole methodically goes through Kendrick Lamar’s discography while taking jabs at the artist.

He even seems to be calling To Pimp A Butterfly uninteresting. He also labels Mr. Morale as tragic. These are very intriguing bars, and it begs the question of whether Cole really believes them or whether he’s just selling online stories.
