King Promise Speaks Candidly About His Love Life

Ghanaian musician King Promise has revealed some details about his personal life, saying that he is not looking for a partner.

King Promise opened up about his relationship status in an interview with UK-based YouTuber Madame Joyce for Cocktails and Takeaways. The hit track “Terminator” by the Afrobeat musician was discussed, along with possible future collaborations, the status of Ghana’s music industry, and hints regarding an imminent album.

He disclosed that he isn’t dating right now in the interview. Although he is not actively looking for a love companion, the well-known Ghanaian singer-songwriter stated that he is still open to the concept of dating. In the course of the discussion, the singer also disclosed that his next album would be out this year, following his last commercially successful album, “5 Star,” released in 2022.

In other news, the Ghanaian singer played at the 26th MOBO Awards, which was held on February 7, 2024. King Promise performed alongside fellow Ghanaian music colleague, Camidoh. At the event, the Best African Music Act went to Asake, the sensational Nigerian singer, who bagged the award in the same category which Wizkid, Uncle Waffles, Tyla, Rema, Adekunle Gold, Ayra Starr, Burna Boy, Davido, and Libianca were all nominated for.
