Kizz Daniel, a popular Nigerian artist, has turned to social media to angrily deny news of his purported detention in Ivory Coast following his absence from a scheduled performance. The artist, known for hits such as “Woju” and “Mama,” detailed the situation on Instagram, saying that “this time, silence no go work.”
Kizz Daniel, on the other hand, has chimed in on the subject via his Instagram Stories, expressing his dissatisfaction.
His statement has fans and followers wondering what caused his non-performance in Ivory Coast. This news comes only a day after the singer uploaded a video with his crew teasing their trip to Ivory Coast. He stated in the video that the airfare for the trip cost a whopping N40 million, demonstrating the huge expense that had gone into arranging the performance.
In other developments, an old video of the well-known artist Kizz Daniel—real name Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe—referring to Wizkid as his mentor has ignited online discussion. Kizz Daniel showed love for Wizkid and his works in the video.
