Ilebaye’s resounding triumph in the latest edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show has continued to draw admirers and her fellow celebrities to the celebration. On Tuesday, October 3, the All-Stars winner received her grand prize money and other meritorious honours from the show. However, a viral video showed a moment when Omashola, one of the show’s participants, jokingly asked the All-Stars winner’s parents for money, setting up online comments. Fans and fellow celebrities lined up to join the celebration following the excitement and buzz surrounding the Gen Z Baddie’s victory in the BBNaija All-Stars season. The All Stars winner was reportedly given her cash reward and any other perks she gained in the house on Tuesday, October 3.
When Omashola, one of the show’s contestants, asked the parents of the Gen Z baddie for money, a funny video of the exchange was captured as Omashola was on an IG live session. The mother of Ilebaye initially expressed gratitude to Omoshola for supporting her daughter during the game and said that she “owed him big time.” The reality TV celebrity was clever enough to state what he wanted and say he’d provide his account information, but Ilebaye interrupted and requested that he send the information to her instead so that she could express her gratitude to him without bothering her parents.
