Skepta Reacts To “Tony Montana” With Portable Reaching 1M YouTube Views

Skepta, a British-Nigerian rapper, is commemorating a noteworthy achievement today, which is “Tony Montana,” a song he collaborated on with Nigerian street pop group Portable, receiving over a million views on YouTube in just four days after its release.

Shortly after being released on Friday, March 1, 2024, the song—which was produced by well-known British-Ghanaian record producer Jae5—rose to the top of Spotify Nigeria. To further cement its triumph in the Nigerian music industry, it also shot to the top of the Apple Music Nigeria top 100 chart.

Skepta shared the news on his X account today, Tuesday, March 5, 2024, and thanked his followers for their unwavering support.
