Odumodublvck Speaks His Piece On Nigeria’s Present State

Fast-rising talented Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, better known by his stage name Odumodublvck, has decried the state of the country and even called it a “bad place.”

After inking a worldwide record deal with Def Jam UK, the “Firegun” crooner asserted that he is only becoming well-known in the music industry because he “made it out of the jungle,” alongside Teezee, his record label boss.

Odumodu recently made these remarks during an interview for the 90th podcast edition in London. He explained that most of the time, when he states the obvious about Nigeria, people warn him not to speak ill of his nation, but his truth about Nigeria being a “bad place” will still stand.

Odumodublvck, a couple of weeks ago, also had something to say about the outcome of the 2023 elections. He gave his reason why he thought President Bola Tinubu defeated Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), in the 2023 election.

Speaking in Abuja at his latest mixtape listening party, Odumo said that Peter Obi lost the race because he lacked a solid backing from some playmakers like Lagos’ MC Oluomo. It’s the rapper’s belief that Obi would have stood a better chance if he had MC Oluomo on his side.
