Olamide Sing-Alike Releases His Mohbad Tribute Song

The passing of singer Mohbad at the age of 27 has continued to trend on social media as fans and celebrities have paid respects to the former Marlian signee on various platforms. However, a young musician going by the name of Maro has made a lot of people talk with his new song dedicated to Mohbad.

In the tribute song, Maro sounded just like Olamide, a Nigerian musician and owner of the YBNL record label. Maro released some rap verses in both Yoruba and English.

In other Mohbad-related news, the Lagos Coroner System has announced that the hearing will start on Friday as a result of the chamber of human rights attorney Mr. Femi Falana’s request for an inquest into the death of the late Nigerian singer, MohBad.

Preliminary investigations into the death of MohBad will begin on September 29 in the Magistrate Court 3 of the Candide-Johnson Courthouse in Ikorodu, according to a directive from the Chief Coroner of Lagos, Justice Mojisola Dada. According to the current requirements of Sections 14 and 15 of the Coroner System Law of Lagos State, Cap. C15, Laws of Lagos State 2015, an inquest was called.

According to the facts surrounding the terrible and unexpected death, which was said to have happened in Ikorodu, an inquest must be held in accordance with the Coroner System Law’s current provisions.
