Portable Pays Tribute To Mohbad In His Latest Single, “Alimi”

Habeeb Olalomi Oyegbile, also known as Portable, has dedicated a new song named “Alimi” to late musician MohBad. In the song, Portable alluded to MohBad’s problems when he was alive, as well as prominent figures accused of harassing the late musician.

Portable’s new song expresses the need for justice for the late musician, whose death aroused doubts about probable foul play. The self-styled ‘Wahala’ musician eulogized the late rapper while hinting to the troubles he faced throughout his lifetime in the song titled “Alimi.”

The death of the 27-year-old rapper, which occurred on September 12, has continued to stir up controversy online. The ‘tragic’ occurrence spurred countrywide rallies, with thousands of young people conducting candlelight processions in his honor both at home and abroad.

In response to the people’s desire for justice for the deceased, the authorities launched an investigation to uncover the truth about his death. The singer’s body was autopsied last week on Thursday, September 21, and the results are still pending.

Additionally, Portable made fun of Sam Larry and Naira Marley, who are thought to have a hand in Mohbad’s untimely demise. Both Nigerian artist Naira Marley and Samson Balogun, also known as Sam Larry, have refuted claims that they were responsible for Mohbad’s passing.
