Pheelz’s “Finesse” Has Been Certified Gold In France

Pheelz, a music producer and vocalist, has announced via Instagram that his song “Finesse” has gone Gold in France. A Gold certification indicates that the song sold around 500,000 copies in France. This comes on the heels of Rema’s “Calm Down” becoming India’s number-one song. Pheelz self-produced the song “Finesse,” released on March 3rd, 2022, and features BNXN, a talented performer.

It quickly became an anthem, topping charts and closing performances. Finesse is an Afro-fusion song with highly relatable lyrics. The singer, who doubles as a record producer, tapped US rapper French Montana for the song’s remix, and he delivered exceptionally well. The Finesse remix also has a beautiful music video to support the song’s release. But before the remix came out, Pheelz had already dropped “Electricity,” which features none other than OBO himself, Davido.

In an interview late last year, Pheelz revealed that “Electricity” was recorded before “Finesse,” but because of how viral the song went, thanks to BNXN’s social media influence, he decided to put out the viral sensation first. He also praised Davido for believing in him and his sound before “Finesse” eventually blew up. The unstoppable producer also recently issued another fantastic song titled “Ballin,” accompanied by a beautifully soothing music video.
