Rema, Asake, J Hus Scheduled To Headline Afronation Portugal 2024
The 2024 Afronation Portugal headliners have been announced to be Rema, Asake, Ninho, J Hus, with a bunch of other great artists in the mix. According to the Afronation’s Instagram announcement, the Portugal concert is slated for June 26–28, 2024.
In the announcement, Afronation also guaranteed fans social media that the slated performances for the 2024 concert would be the biggest.
And in celebration of a dynamic blend of Afrobeats, hip-hop, Afrohouse, Amapiano, dancehall, R&B, and more, Afronation has been getting ready to organize a lit music festival in Algarve Portimao, Portugal,
On the main stage Rema, J Hus, Asake, Seyi Vibez, Odumodublvck, Tyla, Flavour, will be playing. And on the Piano stage, seasoned South African acts like Focalistic, Uncle Waffles, Tyler ICU and many more.
The announcement made by Afronation comes after the abrupt cancellation of the inaugural edition of the festival in Lagos, Nigeria. Nigerian music aficionados and enthusiasts were and still remain saddened by the sudden cancellation, though many were led to believe it was due to poor ticket sales.
However, all previous buyers of tickets for Afronation Lagos will get their refunds, according to the show’s organizers. Afronation has also vowed to make the festival a reality in Lagos.
