Simisola Ogunleye-Kosoko, a Nigerian musician better known online as Simi, is making ripples after a viral video of her audacious onstage jab at her husband, singer Adekunle Gold, went viral.
As part of his “Tequilla Ever After” tour, Adekunle Gold made history this month, March 2024, by closing London’s OVO venue, which has a 12k capacity. He and his spouse, Simi, enthralled audiences with stunning theatrical performances that held the audience in awe. One of the most memorable videos from the occasion was when Simi—who was wearing a stunning pink outfit—broke off her performance to interact with her fans.
She directed a humorous jab at her husband Adekunle Gold, who was seated in the audience, while maintaining a serious expression throughout this spontaneous exchange.
