This comes after Teyana said she doesn’t feel safe around Iman anymore, citing that he puts her in danger’s way often. Taylor claims that Iman Shumpert disregards their children’s safety while they are in his care, even going so far as to accuse him of using marijuana and driving while intoxicated. In recent divorce court documents, the singer makes some disparaging remarks about the former NBA player’s parenting abilities, and Teyana doesn’t hold back.
The documents made accessible to the media include Teyana’s accusations that Iman neglects his two children on a regular basis and that, despite living in the family home, he has neglected to feed them on several occasions. Teyana claims that Iman occasionally gets high while taking care of the kids and smokes marijuana around them. She even cited one incident in which she says Iman put the kids in a rideshare in Chicago and had them dropped off at the United Center by themselves while he was driven to the arena by a private driver. Taking everything into consideration, Teyana states that Iman “consistently demonstrates a clear disregard for the safety of the minor children.”
