Toke Makinwa Describes Her Heartbreak Over Her Ex-Husband’s Infidelity
Toke Makinwa, a Nollywood actress and media personality, has revealed how devastated she was after learning that her estranged husband, Maje Ayida, had impregnated his ex-girlfriend. According to the actress, she found out about it when she was nine months pregnant.
This was said by the actress in the most recent episode of her YouTube vlog series, Toke Moments. Makinwa left her spouse, Ayida, in 2015, but the marriage was annulled by the court in 2017. She admitted that after being emotionally shattered by her husband’s infidelity, she found comfort in her work.
She credited her earlier learning of how to leave her emotions at the door and pick them up on her way home for her ability to manage her work despite the turbulent incident. After arriving at work one morning, she recalled getting a call from the owner of the radio station where she had previously worked during her marriage’s drama.
She claimed that everyone believed she was going to lose it and that she had been given the day off. Toke also talked about how it feels to be interviewed on her show, her public life, and much more. Toke Makinwa was the guest of the day on her popular show “Toke Moments” for the first time.
