Afrobeats superstar, Wizkid, has turned his online love and support for fast-rising rapper, Odumodublvck, into something more tangible as both artists met up to cook something special.
In a now-viral video video, Wiz and Modu and another guy, believed to be a producer, were seen together in a spacious crib with long drawn curtains. Big Wiz and Odumo were both spotted blowing trees, filling the room with thick wisps of smoke and making small talk, though what there was no sound to the video.
Though it has not been confirmed by any one of the artists involved whether this collaboration is a single or a whole project, fans cannot help their excitement. And judging from Odumodu’s obvious ecstatic demeanor in the viral clip, fans are probably not wrong in feeling that way because this one just has to be a banger or nothing less.
Before now, Wizkid had thrown his support behind Odumodublvck, posting his music back-to-back on his Insta story; a gesture younger artists would go nuts for. The OG PR of course took Big Kala’s career to the next level, opening up more doors and exposing his sound to a much larger audience.
And while this experience must feel like a full-circle moment for Odumodublvck, we all frankly cannot wait for what this linkup births.
