Songs and Features

“Mind Blown” is literally about the love for Cannabis, as Wiz Khalifa repeatedly raps about blowing his Khalifa Kush and living his best life, while Smoke D.Z.A. and Girl Talk bring their juice, all flexing their bragging rights on pretty sick flows.

The slick talk continues on the second track, “Put You On”, this time featuring Big K.R.I.T. They are certain no one can do it like them. So heck, they “put you on for real”. They are giving themselves their flowers.

“Season” features just Smoke D.Z.A. and Girl Talk. But they bring the energy of 4 men to this track, feeling and spitting like truly unstoppable men. They do some bragging about their big moves and the hits under their belt. The track goes hard.

The next track, “How The Story Goes” is how the story goes on the fast lane, where folks roll with you because you’re popping. “They heard you living in a bank now, so they came ’round”, a line in the chorus goes. Over a very sick instrumental, they sum up the trust issues of being rich and famous.

On “No Singles”, they press play on braggadocio again and continue from where they left off. “Pockets full of hundreds, no singles”, Wiz Khalifa raps on the chorus. They are rich and accomplished men who are not afraid to flaunt it.

Carving out a special place for Nile Rodgers on “Ready For Love” was an ideal decision, as he comes with his guitar funk, electrifying the record with some melodies. Wiz Khalifa shows his gentlemanly side as he tries to woo his love interest. A nice genre crossover.

“Revenge Of The Cool” has Big K.R.I.T., Smoke D.Z.A. and Girl Talk going on about visiting their haters with revenge packaged for them while still focused on stacking up the bandz. Solid production.

The gang reunites on “Ain’t No Fun”, an easy party-starter in which they look out for each other when it comes to turning up and having some frisky fun. Smooth delivery, great beat.

Big K.R.I.T. and Girl Talk link for “Fly The Coop” to show off their lifestyle and possessions. “There’s no such thing as ‘too much sauce,'” K.R.I.T. raps. Not a bad track.

Going out with a bang, the gang calls on Curren$y on “Everyday”, the hustler’s anthem. They reflect on their journeys, their old experiences and new flexes and going harder on the grind—the perfect way to end this iconic body of work.
