Born on August 24, 1995, in the Fort Greene neighbourhood of Brooklyn, New York City, Justine Indira Skyers boasts Jamaican heritage from both her parents. Her mother is an esteemed entertainment attorney of Afro-Jamaican and Indo-Jamaican descent, while her father, Christopher Skyers, holds the position of corporate broker VP. Like his wife and daughter, he, too, is proud of his Afro-Jamaican roots.
Justine was born to parents of Jamaican descent. Her mother, Nova Perry, is an accomplished entertainment lawyer with a mixed heritage of Afro-Jamaican and Indo-Jamaican roots.
