A New York-based barber has expressed joy after being formally hired as Davido’s international personal stylist. After giving the world renowned vocalist an outstanding haircut that left the musician beaming with happiness, the great barber realized his dream.
Mera ‘The Barber’ took to social media to share his joy, posting a video of himself working his magic on Davido’s hair. Analyzing the video, Davido can be seen sitting comfortably and engaged on his phone, allowing the professional barber to produce an impressive haircut. In another scenario, Mera “The Barber” stands by the Afrobeat sensation, both smiling with satisfaction.
On Wednesday, Davido paid tribute to his late comrade, Mohbad, at the Manchester leg of his Timeless Tour. While offering condolences to the late singer’s family, Davido highlighted to fans that artists face many challenges despite entertaining people every day.
Davido also sent N2 million to Mohbad’s father through someone, according to information from Mohbad’s father, as a further gesture of respect for the late musician and to help the family at this difficult time.
OBO did not stop there. He took it upon himself to make sure the family received much-needed financial assistance, especially in light of the circumstances surrounding the sad death of the budding star.
