In recent developments, the health condition of renowned Nollywood comic actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, has drawn significant attention from the entertainment industry and the public. The 62-year-old “Police Recruit” star revealed his battle with a severe illness, which has led to doctors recommending the amputation of his legs.

Reno Omokri, a former media aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, made headlines by urging Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate for the 2023 elections, to cover Mr. Ibu’s medical expenses.
